E\PCOS 2008 Registration

The E\PCOS 2008 registration for the Symposium and the hotel accomodation is made online at the E\PCOS 2008 nominated organizing secretariat: Contour, s.r.o.,153 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic.

Participants can bascially select from two programs. The Early Bird Program from Sunday Sept 7, 2008 to Tuesday Sept 9, 2008 and the Standard Program from Monday Sept 8, 2008 to Tuesday Sept 9, 2008.

In addition there is a possibility for students younger than 35 years to register at a reduced fee at the symposium. In such case, students have to send or fax a letter from their head of department confirming their status as a student within 10 days of completing the on-line registration. In case this confirmation is not received, the registration fee will be automatically adjusted to the regular fee.

Hotel accomodation shall be made individually. For this a number of superior rooms with internet access were reserved for E\PCOS 2008 delegates at the Pyramida Conference Hotel, which can be booked via the organizing secretariat on a first come first served base. We recommend booking the accommodation as soon as possible because of the high season in Prague in September.

Early Bird Program

The registration fee for the Early Bird Program entitles the participants to the following conference activities:
  • Welcome Party on Saturday night
  • Whole day sightseeing tour of Prague with lunch in the brewery and dinner in the retro-restaurant on Sunday
  • Admission to the sessions on Monday and Tuesday
  • Coffee breaks and lunches during the scientific program
  • Admission to the Gala Dinner on Monday night
  • Excursion to Carlsbad on Monday (for accompanying person)

Standard Program

The registration fee for the Standard Program entitles the participants to the following conference activities:
  • Admission to the sessions on Monday and Tuesday
  • Coffee breaks and lunches during the scientific program
  • Admission to the Gala Dinner on Monday night
  • Excursion to Carlsbad on Monday (for accompanying person)

Student Program

The registration fee for the Standard Program entitles the participants to the following conference activities:
  • Admission to the sessions on Monday and Tuesday
  • Coffee breaks and lunches during the scientific program

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATION

Should a registered participant be unable to attend the Conference, then the payment can be refunded subject to the following conditions:
- before June 30, 2008: 80% of the payment
- between June 30 and July 25: 50% of the payment
- after July 25: 0 (all materials will be sent by mail)
Registration must be cancelled in writing.

INSURANCE

Neither the conference organizing secretariat nor the scientific committee accept any liability or responsibility for death, illness or injury to persons or for the loss of, or damage to property or for any financial loss of any person attending the conference. Participants should make their own arrangements in respect of health and travel insurance.
